VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT
A classic Vietnamese rice noodle bowl, beef broth, spices and vegetables. The broth which we cook for 12-14 hours resulting in a rich and smooth base upon which we layer meats and vegetables. You choose which meats you would like in your soup from the menu. All of the soups are served with a generous portion of noodles and a side dish of bean sprouts, jalapeno peppers, lime wedges, cilantro, and mint leaves which you can add to flavor your soup.
Thin white rice noodles served in a large bowl. Each dish contains fresh raw vegetables such as lettuce, carrots, cucumber and daikon (white radish). You choose from a variety of meats, egg rolls or tofu to add to your noodle bowl. We also offer 3 flavor options: plain, lemongrass, or curry. Each meal is served with a side of our homemade fish sauce.
Our fried rice is a plate full of rice cooked with egg, meats of your choice, peas, carrots bean sprout and spices. This dish is a meal in itself - or share an order with everyone at the table.
Begin your meal with a fresh appetizer you can eat alone or share! Try our finger foods - spring rolls with homemade peanut sauce, pork egg rolls with generous portions of pork, or chicken dumplings with dipping sauce. Our cabbage salad can be shared with others for an appetizer or eaten as a meal - this fresh salad is light, crisp and raw!
Our noodle soup served with pork broth which is cooked for 5-6 hours until it is smooth and delicious. Served with rice noodles or egg noodles. You choose the meat(s) that go in the soup and a large side portion of bean sprouts, jalapeno peppers, lime wedges, cilantro which you can add to flavor your soup.
Combining our homemade sauce with any grilled of beef/pork/chicken/bbq pork or meat combination of them all, our Vietnamese sandwich is one of a kinda. Each sandwich is served with fresh and healthy mixed for herbs and vegetable: cilandro, jalepeno, carrot, daikon radish.
We offer a variety of beverages: Fresh home brewed Jasmine Iced Tea, Hot Tea, Lemonade, Vietnamese Hot Coffee, Vietnamese Iced Coffee, Soft Drink (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper), Shakes (fresh avocado, strawberry, durian, jackfruit,green tea and more).
Rice is a food staple in Vietnam! These dishes are each a healthy mix of rice, meats and fresh vegetables, served with our homemade fish sauce. For your meat, you can choose to have it grilled plain, with lemongrass, or served with vegetables in curry.
